Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Chapter & Crown Booksellers offers pre-order purchase options for selected products that are not yet available for immediate shipment.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before the order has shipped by contacting us at:

Please include your order number and the name of the pre-order item.
If the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-order. The order will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Changes to Release Dates
Pre-order release dates are provided based on information available from publishers and suppliers and may change.
If a publisher or supplier changes the expected release date, Chapter & Crown Booksellers will provide updated information when reasonably available.
