Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment as promptly as possible after purchase.

The delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or circumstances outside the control of Chapter & Crown Booksellers.

Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking information when tracking is available.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are products that have not yet been released or are awaiting their scheduled release date.

The expected release or shipping date for a pre-order will be displayed on the applicable product page when available.

Publisher release dates are subject to change. If a publisher changes a release date or a significant delay occurs, Chapter & Crown Booksellers will provide updated information when reasonably available.

Pre-order items are generally shipped after they become available from the publisher or supplier. The shipping estimate shown at checkout does not override the stated pre-order release or shipping date.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the items may be shipped separately based on their availability.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping solely because Chapter & Crown Booksellers splits an order into multiple shipments unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be fulfilled from different inventory sources or locations. As a result, an order may arrive in more than one package.

When an order is shipped in multiple packages, tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment when available.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Chapter & Crown Booksellers is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@chapterandcrownbooks.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears to be delayed or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@chapterandcrownbooks.com so that we can help investigate the shipment.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions regarding damaged or defective items.

Carrier Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Chapter & Crown Booksellers, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when shipping problems occur.
